The CDC recommends masks for the protection of both the wearer and others, and this is a responsibility we take seriously. Our technicians will not enter your home without masks.

Social Distancing

We also abide by social distancing measures established by the CDC and our technicians stay six feet apart from each other, and you and your family. If you choose to be out of the house or in another room we will arrange contact-free cleaning and payment options.

Off-Site Area Rug and Furniture Cleaning

At D.C. Carpet Care we have the option of area rug cleaning, Oriental rugs, upholstery cleaning, and mattresses at our off-site facility instead of in your home. Our technicians can enter your home briefly to pick up your items without having contact with you or your family. Delivery of your cleaned items can be done in the same manner.

We also want our customers to feel free to call and make special arrangements for pick-up and delivery of items in a way that makes them comfortable. Picking up items to clean off-site from locations such as a garage is just one way to ensure contact-free service. If you have other requests we will do everything we can to fill them.
